Dr. Najmuddin Mohd Saquib, who holds a Ph.D. in System Biology from ICGEB, New Delhi, is a key member of our team. Saquib brings a wealth of experience in mass spectrometry-based metabolomics, having designed and operated analytical frameworks for the same during his tenure at Reliance Industries Limited (RIL), Mumbai. He is also highly skilled in data analysis for various "omics" including metabolomics, proteomics, and lipidomics.

As a Research Scientist (Manager) at RIL,  Saquib made numerous scientific contributions to biosimilar and bioenergy projects, which earned him the prestigious Reliance Science and Technology award. His expertise in metabolomics and deep learning has been instrumental in guiding our research and development efforts towards the goal of early cancer detection.

Zaved Siddiqui, our Head of Clinical Research, brings a wealth of experience and expertise to our team. With a background in Botany and a Master's degree in Ecology and Environmental Sciences, Zaved is a multifaceted professional with multiple areas of expertise in Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, Clinical Diagnostics, Wound Care Management, Infectious Biology, and Forensic Sciences. He has both product management acumen and technical expertise, making him an invaluable asset to our team.

Zaved has a long and distinguished career in research, having served as a Junior Scientist (Molecular Diagnostics) with Dr. Lal Pathlabs and a Research Associate in the Immunology group of the International Centre for Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology (ICGEB) for 17 years. He also worked as a Senior Cell Technologist at the Drug Discovery Research Centre at THSTI between 2017-2019.

He is also a recipient of the first runner-up of Merck Millipore India Innovation Awards 2012.

Dr. Ankur Gupta, our Head of Data Analytics, is a distinguished academic with a strong background in mathematics, AI, and machine learning. With a bachelor's and master's degree from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Roorkee, and a Ph.D. from Jadavpur University, Ankur has an extensive research background. He was a research fellow at the Translational Health Science and Technology Institute (THSTI), where he focused on developing computational models for host-pathogen interactions during mycobacterial pathogenesis.

At our company, Ankur leads a team of AI experts who provide end-to-end solutions for complex problems in disease diagnostics and drug discovery. His expertise in AI and machine learning is complemented by his keen interest in healthcare and drug discovery. Pradeep Kumar is a highly experienced Senior Administrative Manager with a Master's degree in Business Administration. With over five years of experience managing research laboratories in reputed scientific institutions, he brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our company. He has a well-rounded understanding of the organizational and administrative aspects of laboratory functioning, and is able to provide invaluable guidance and support to our research teams.

One of Pradeep's key strengths is his ability to anticipate potential issues and proactively address them. He is always looking for ways to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations, and is constantly seeking out new and innovative solutions to ensure that we are able to meet our objectives in a timely and cost-effective manner.

Dr. Shweta Grewal is an accomplished and dynamic professional with an impressive track record spanning over 15 years in strategic planning, marketing, team building, and corporate communications. She completed her Ph.D. in Molecular Biology from the esteemed Indian Agriculture Research Institute, followed by a comprehensive training in genetic diagnostics from the US.

Throughout her career, Shweta has gained extensive experience in molecular and genetic diagnostics, as well as medical communication and education, in various capacities. Her exceptional skills in laboratory management, techno-marketing, and training have been instrumental in ensuring that our team works cohesively towards achieving common health goals.

Dr. Gulshan Yadav is a highly skilled Consultant Pathologist with a wealth of experience in the field of Pathology. He completed his MD in Pathology in 2007 and has since worked in a variety of diagnostic laboratories and leading hospitals, honing his skills and expanding his expertise. Dr. Yadav has lent his expertise to esteemed institutions such as Lotus Hospital, Sethi Hospital, MolQ Lab, Jain Diagnostic, Super Religare Laboratory, Modern Diagnostic and Research, Diagno Laboratory, and NSG Commando Force, among others.

His areas of expertise include Microbiology, Serology, and Histopathology. Dr. Yadav is well-versed in all quality management systems as per the NABL guidelines, which has enabled him to ensure that all laboratory processes adhere to the highest standards of quality and efficiency. With his extensive knowledge and experience, Dr. Yadav has become an asset to our team and is dedicated to providing accurate and timely diagnoses to aid in the early detection of cancer.
 

Ashish Rana is a qualified Fellow Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and a law graduate, with an enriched professional experience of 15 years. He began his professional journey with Ernst & young where he served for a period of 3 years and thereafter established his own practice as a Chartered Accountant.  

He has served various clients from different industries for more than 12 years in the field of Income Tax, Indirect Taxes, GST, International Taxation, Company Law, etc. He also has experience in the field of Management Consultancy, Financial Consultancy, Budgeting, Projection, Financial Restructuring, and others financial areas. He has acted as key advisor to various Real Estate Developers, Tech companies, KPOs, Recycling companies, Education Trusts and NGOs. He has also served a statutory Auditor to numerous private limited companies and few government bodies.
